Staged checkbox always checked and file list is blank until re-checked

    • SourceTree stand alone version: Mac OS X Mavericks: Java 1.7.0_55

      Using a Git repo: Change a file and click on "Working Copy".
      Staged files is checked and is always checked regardless of clicking it.
      If previous files where staged, the are not visible until clicking "Staged Files" checkbox to unstage them.
