JIRA Service Desk customer notifications only include thumbnails of attachments.
Steps to Reproduce
Image attachment example
- Update a ticket (add an image in a comment) in a Jira Service Desk Project
- Notification is sent to the reporter and participants.
- The notification that is sent out only includes a thumbnail of the attachment.
At the moment when customers receive notifications, they need to be logged into the customer portal to be able to view the images.
Recommendation/Suggestion
If an agent links files or images in a comment to a customer, they should be attached to the outgoing service desk mail notification.
