Provide the ability to bulk tag objects

      Use Case

      As a customer who is using Assets Data Manager, I would like to easily tag objects in bulk where I can "Select All" records visible in an object list and tag at once. 

      Workaround

      Currently each object that needs to be tags must be tagging individually.
