jira.com.rproxy.goskope.comment.collapsing.minimum.hidden does not work properly

      Issue Summary

      The property jira.com.rproxy.goskope.comment.collapsing.minimum.hidden does not work when you set it to 0 (it was supposed to show all comments without collapsing when there are more than 5).

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Set jira.com.rproxy.goskope.comment.collapsing.minimum.hidden as "0".
      2. Add some comments on an issue and refresh the page (or just open an issue with a lot of comments).

      Expected Results

      It should show all the comments at the same time.

      Actual Results

      It collapses from the sixth onwards. 

      NOTE FROM PRODUCT TEAM

      This is a feature that only ever worked with the old issue view which has since been deprecated. Changing these settings does not impact how comments appear in the new issue view. This is not a bug, it is expected behaviour. As a result we are closing this as 'Obsolete'.

      Workaround

      Just click on expand all the comments.
