Scenario:

Under Settings -> Workflows, if we select any transition and add a condition/validator/post-function, select any option which involves fields ('Clear Field Value' under post-functions, for example). The next step shows a dropdown to select the required field. This dropdown does not show all the fields, it shows only a subset of the available fields. However, when we type the field name in the dropdown, we're able to see any field present in the system.

This is creating confusion with customers. The dropdown shows the words 'Choose Field', which is misleading - it sounds like we can only select a field present in the dropdown. The ideal choices would be:

• Allow the dropdown to show all the fields while clicking on it.
• Replace 'Choose Field' with 'Choose field or Type Field Name to Search'.
