Remove "|thumbnail" as default inline attachment method for large files

      This is essentially the opposite of JRA-40646 — we prefer the default of full-size images always. Currently, the editor's attachment feature appears to decide automatically whether the image should be full size or thumbnail. Can this default behavior be made configurable?
