Add Support for Right to Left Languages

      Problem statement

      I have just finished evaluating JIRA to be used as our Companies Major Project Control tool. Although it looks impressive to cover almost all of our requirements, lack of supporting Right to Left Languages seems to be its major drawback for us.

      Our requirement is to internationalize it to support Arabic Language in addition to be able to show native text in right-to-left fashion. This should also include Hebrew language. The problem has become more important when we enter text mixed of English and Arabic languages. The problem also stands with English and Hebrew languages.

      Workaround

      Some browsers, including Google Chrome, have the ability to translate webpages into right-to-left languages. To translate pages into languages not currently supported by Jira, browser-based translation can be leveraged instead.
