When a page has restrictions and an administrator is removed from the list, when the removed administrator visits the restrictions, his name will be listed there. This can lead to confusion because even though he is listed there, there is still the need to apply those new restrictions. The procedure is as follows:
- Click the restrictions lock
- His name will be already listed there
- Click Apply
- Edit the page
This behaviour is counter intuitive. When checking the restrictions, his name will be already listed there. Needing to re-apply the restrictions can lead to error.
Suggested Solution
Remove the auto-populating feature and let the administrator to decide if his name should be listed under the restrictions
