Page URLs should be able to be configured to not show the content id of the page

      Pages in Confluence Cloud normally show the content id of the page in the URL.
      Although this can be useful for administration, programming, and ensuring that the correct page is being referenced, this can also be problematic for users migrating from server, and is not as aesthetically pleasing. There are also benefits when referring to pages from external sources using a link that does not rely on the page id.

      For this, I would like to suggest the following page URL format be supported as an option:
      For this page URL

      This would make it possible to refer to pages by title (which are uniquely identifiable by their name in a given space as of this writing).
