Steps to Reproduce

1. Add a single line suggestion in an empty line in the diff view.
2. Submit the suggestion.

Expected Results

A suggestion card should be displayed with the content of the suggestion.

Actual Results

A code block is rendered instead of a suggestion card.

Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
