High Issue Summary
The pop-up modal for "New pull request experience" cannot be dismissed.
Steps to Reproduce
- Create a Pull Request
- A "New pull request experience" pop-up modal will appear
- Clicking on the "Got it" button does not dismiss the modal
Expected Results
Clicking on "Got it" should dismiss the pop-up
Actual Results
Clicking on the "Got it" button does nothing
Workaround
Refresh the page to continue working. Modal will only appear once.
