Issue Summary

The keyboard focus is not visible on the links present in the Repositories table.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Open the "Repositories" page.
2. Use the Tab key to navigate to the mentioned instances.

1. Observe that the focus indicator is not visible.

Actual Results

When the user Tab through on the mentioned links such as "pull-request-merge-conflict" and "repository 1" present on the page in the Repositories table, it is not possible to visually identify the current location.

This may affect users while accessing the page content especially users with visual, mobility, and learning impairments.

Expected Results

The focus indicator should be visible while navigating between the buttons using a keyboard.

Set the CSS outline property for the mentioned button to ensure that a clear focus indication is available for users.
And remove the "outline-style" CSS property from the code.

Workaround

Currently, there is no known workaround for this behaviour. A workaround will be added here when available
