Support for Git 2.42

      Basically same issue as stated in BSERV-14259 but for git 2.42. Can't install older version of git in Ubuntu 20.04.1 (LTS). 

      # apt list -a git

      When we install latest Bitbucket Server 8.9.4 onto Ubuntu 20.04.1 (LTS versions), sidecar/mesh fails to start:

      You are using Git 2.42.0, which is not supported. Downgrade Git to a version between 2.31 and up to but not including 2.41 then restart.
