Change order of custom actions menu

      It'd be nice to be able to change the order of where custom actions appear in the context menu when right-clicking a file.
      Currently it appears that whatever order the custom actions are created in are the final order it appears in.
      Possibly adding a couple of move selection up / down buttons would be sufficient.
